Chapter 32 (Presto)

When Winnie arrived in the room she put Arista on the spare bed before walking into hers and Criss room. When she walked into the room she saw that the bed was made signifying that the maid service had already been there. She set the alarm for three and climbed into the sheets because she was still exhausted from the night before.

When she woke up she felt rejuvenated. She knew that she had to get Arista ready but since Criss wasn't going to be back until four she had an entire hour to herself. It was like something came over her because she suddenly had an urge to dance. She found Criss' iPod and began going through some of the familiar dance moves. She was dancing to one of the songs when she felt a tap on her shoulder. When she turned around she saw Criss smiling back at her.

She took off the headphones, "When did you get here".

"Well when you were doing this", Criss attempted one of the dance moves.

She gave Criss an aquard look, "Don't ever do that again".

Criss took a few steps towards her while saying, "C'mon I can't be that bad. Can I?"

Winnie was stepping away from him with a smile on her face, "Yeah you can".

"Oh really", Criss began to chase Winnie around the room. And when he caught her he began giving her kisses all over her face until his lips met hers and they began kissing passionately.

Winnie pulled away, "I need to wake Arista up if you and her are going to see Lances show".

Criss sighed, "You're right. And I should go take a shower".

"Well if you're looking to get clean that could take a while". Criss stuck his tongue out at Winnie. "Arista it's time to get up".

After Arista woke up Winnie got her changed and ready to go. When Criss walked out of his bedroom, "Wow you look ready to see the show".

Arista responded by saying, "And you look like you are ready to go to bed". Criss' jaw dropped and Winnie busted out laughing.

Criss and Arista were almost out the door when Criss turned to Winnie, "The first show of BeLIEve is at seven we will be in my dressing room by six fifteen there is bound to be someone at the production office, so just ask them where it is. And George will be here to pick you up around nine to bring you to the nine thirty BeLIEve show and my mom said that she would watch Arista".

"Alright, see you later", Winnie gave Criss a kiss. "Have fun you two".

"We will mommy".

Criss and Arista walked down to the valet and got into his Viper, "So what do you hope to see tonight?"

"I really like animal magic".

"He does work with birds, so I'm thinking you're going to like it".

"Yes".

As they loaded into the theater Arista was taken over by the fact that she was about to see a real magic show. The show started and Arista was invested entirely. Her favorite part was when Lance called her onto the stage and asked her to show the audience a little trick.

Criss was delighted to see his daughter enjoying herself and how amazing her performing skills were. Before they left they stopped by the gift shop where Criss bought her a magic kit, a shirt, and a pamphlet with the promise that they would meet Lance at a later date.

Winnie realized what time it was after spending all of that time doing some yoga to limber up. She raced down to the production office, but to her dismay no one was there. The only person in her phone was Criss, but he wasn't answering his phone because he was getting ready.

Criss was about to head out and was growing increasingly nervous because Winnie hadn't arrived yet to pick Arista up. The good thing was that she had passed out on the drive over so she was lying on the bed. Criss couldn't stress it anymore he had to go out and leave Arista even though he struggled with it.

Chapter 33 (You are just that good)

Winnie was running around franticly because it was seven fifteen and she still had no clue as to where the theater was or how to get to the dressing room. She spent her time looking for Dimitra, JD, or Costa.

JD saw Winnie walking at the edge of the casino floor and he could see the worry on her face, so he ran to her side, "Winnie what's wrong?"

"JD thank God you're here. I need to get to Criss' dressing room Arista is in there. Criss thought that there might be someone in the production office but there was no one and I have been running around here for a little over an hour looking for you Costa or your mother to take me to her".

"Alright first thing I want you to do is calm down. Ok now follow me I'll take you to her".

"Thank you JD thank you".

"No need Winnie remember I'm a parent too".

JD was able to get one of the ushers to sneak them into Criss dressing room they just had to stay there for the rest of the show. Winnie didn't mind she was at peace when she saw her daughter asleep on the bed. That was her first real worry as a parent and, just like every other parent; she wasn't looking forward to the other inevitable time that they would happen.

When the show was over Criss raced to the dressing room to make sure that Arista was ok. When he got in there he was surprised to find JD sitting on his couch and Winnie sitting on the bed, "When did you two get here?"

JD answered, "About a half an hour ago".

'Thank you for locking the door Criss", Winnie looked at Criss.

Criss sat on the edge of the bed, "I had to go out there and when I couldn't find someone who could watch her, I knew it was the only thing I could do".

JD looked over at the two of them, "Why don't I take care of her for you two".

"No I have to get ready for the show later, but thank you anyway JD".

Winnie woke Arista up and the two of them and JD left. Winnie once again laid Arista down before taking a shower. Once Winnie got out of the shower she grabbed a quick bite to eat and then got to work. She washed her face, brushed her teeth, and curled her hair before pinning it out of her face. She decided to be artistic with her makeup with out being to outrageous; she covered her eyelid with purple eye shadow, put white eye shadow above it, and then before she put on her eyeliner she topped it off by putting on black eyeliner lightly at the edge of her eye going from top to bottom. And only then did she put on black pants, a purple halter, and some black converse.

Winnie fed Lucky some lettuce and then she sat on the couch waiting for George to pick her up. And as she was doing so she was getting anxious. She knew what this show had meant to Criss and she knew that Criss had put his entire self into this show. She sat back as one of her memories flooded her mind.

"Winnie I was so sure that this was going to happen".

"I know you were Criss and it will".

"Steve Wynn just seemed so interested".

"Christopher you are amazing at what you do and Cirque knows that. The show will happen it's just a matter of when".

"How can I even be sure that they will can to me again if it does?"

"If they came to you once I'll bet they'll come to you again".

Winnie came out of it smiling because she could rub it in Criss' face that she was right. She heard a knock on the door and excitement erupted onto her face.

I got my licence today and I felt like spreading the joy.

You know my mom was rejoycing more than I was. She was saying stuff about shoputing it from the hightest mountain. My brother can even back me up seeing as she got to him before i did. She proibily would have gotten to my sister too if I didn't call her as soon as i did.
