well i found it while searching the term mindfreak on the us trademark site lol its brand new filed december 2nd so my guess it there going to start building
it soon and just getting the name secured...

Hi guys, on the Criss Angel Believe site there is an article in the news section that talks about the Believe gift shop and an area where guests can have
drinks that reflect the themes of the show and refreshments after the show. Perhaps that was the bar that he was referring to?
